Thoughts? My first thought is you really did your homework, and I wish I'd found that date. The other day I had some cash and a 10,000 share block floated up the level II screen--he was holding out for 1 13/16ths, so naturally I grabbed another 2000 just above that thinking he'd eventually grab his shares at 1 7/8ths, but I guess he did get his price. Hope your convertible scenario doesn't put me under water right away with those extra shares! Oh well. Like they say, I'm in for the long term, geeze I hate that cliche, heheh. --Mike
