ps - Pat, I'm not that steamed about the provision for the higher ups in case of a takeover. That's fairly standard and it locks in the longer-term benefit they would receive that could be taken away from them in a takeover.

Actually, neither am I. I was just on a roll. :) It is interesting to note that only a select few are getting the golden parachute treatment. I wonder how that played out in the boardroom.

On the contrary, the potential to gain 50% or better from current prices is not a far-fetched notion.

This stock is too risky to be shooting for a 50% gain, IMHO.

Those of you who feel so strongly about the repriced options harming shareholder value should simply sell all or part of your holdings, depending on how serious you think the action is.

Isn't that like shooting your wife for leaving the cap off the toothpaste? Management should be evaluated for all their decisions, good and bad.

And if anyone believes the execs are so inept that they should leave or be forced out--
