Dr. Day, Thank you for posting your correspondence with Digitcom. You might want to consider copy/pasting this to the info thread as some only look there for DGIV information. :-) As in the past, there is always a line or comment that particularly jumps out at a reader. In my case, it was this...Hopes earlier last year that we'd see revenue start coming in from international long distance traffic and VoIP equipment sales by the end of '98 now look optomistic by a quarter. We haven't made public projections of what '99 performance will be. We did indeed have high hopes for the end of '98. Now he says we were "optimistic by a quarter"? Good, we are almost 1/2 way through the first quarter. (I hope "the quarter" he was referring to was the FIRST quarter. <g>) In spite of them not making public projections for '99 performance, it seems a "clue" might have been included in his statement. I hope I am not reading something into his reply that isn't there.Digitcom has 21 employees currently, plus a number of consultant-types working internationally on deals and financial matters. 21 employees on the payroll means 21 people are staying busy. I like the sound of that. 21 people working for you and me, to get this company up and running and generating revenue. IMO, If Mr. Chin has 21 people of the same calibre as the "international consultants" we have corresponded with, then they are all very hard working individuals. (Sure would be nice to know what all those people are "up to" now wouldn't it? <gg>) Anyway, thanks so much for something "real" to reply to. I appreciate your time in sharing this with the thread. Take care...and have a great weekend! E'Lane
