Can't deny you're curious about what EC would have to say, can you -g- Hadn't noticed you over here, almost responded to you on bld the other day [their motor doesn't run on water, but hydrogen, and you have to make the hydrogen. you can make it out of oil or gas, btw -g-][sold my bld at 49, before the split][but i digress] Sure they have the legal right to lash out at whomever they choose. Tit for tat, as you put it. But look at the consequences - nobody would remember S' post without the threat. It's almost as if they thought this thread was a major factor affecting the share price.
