Zurdo, lets discuss the convertable preferred issued march 1 1997. It seems kind of strange that the 1998 earnings had a restatement of earnings for the past year but failed to report the 66% dilution in Navr. Does that mean your stock is diluted by this amount? If total stock was 15,914,000 and its now 24,000,000 does that effect the float. Are you worried about the filing of sec 144 by the director of navr selling 122k shares? Most worrisome how many shares do we have selling into this strength tommorrow or whenever the ipo is announced.
