Too many beers last night Dizzy. Just because the management holds the shares does not indicate they all all sellable for 6.00 per share. "Ironic that you would phrase it like that, because if you look at what Darren Little paid for the 7,500,000 of common, we are talking pennies(pennies from heaven that is...) Darren and Company paid: $75,000/7,500,000= $.01 per share" I did not know Darren bought ALL the shares. How do you know this - di you have inside information? Dizzy - at least jhild points out some reasonable risks. Why not leave the heavy thinking to him - your not helping his case at all.
