I don't keep up with the details of the chipsets, but the
main thing BX does is support the 100mhz front side (memory)
bus, which you would not use if not overclocking.

BX also supports ultra DMA. Other chipsets do that too,
as far back as the TX. I expect LX does, but I don't follow
them. It's worth being sure about, as most current disks
will make good use of it.

Celeron's a good choice IMO. They're going for $60 now.
