exactly i hate it to but it seems that no one is happy. its growing pains for the egroups. i wouldnt be trading if it wasnt for the internet. i just buy dell when i can and last week i had to wait to get the order thru the phone cause the etrade sight was down. but i knew this was coming. i have complained about the site being to complicated and colorful. i just want the porfolios to be there with lines between them and not the other stuff even after i customize it. but my point being is that i notice they do what they want without any customer input. but its just my opinion bbb

I agree 100%...but lawyers don't give a @#$$ !!

Lawyers are in it for $$$ and that's all. Like Ken Starr, they're not moving forward because they should, but because they can. Sue everything - eventually someone or something will pay up. I hope E*Trade deploys their gauntlet of lawyers to prevent (a) any settlement..heh, heh and (b) to discourage yet another frivolous lawsuit. Maybe a smart judge will just throw it out.

Again, those of you out there who didn't even think to read your agreements - you deserve to lose your shirt! If you really want to day-trade, you'll just have to pay more....
