OK...when I said something earlier about the 75 million shares, it was a pretty good guess. The shares issued and outstanding is 37,720,723. The total authorized is 75,000,000. Seems simple enough. Give the company most or all of those shares and they essentially become half owner. GTMI can now use thier assets as collateral and they can move forward w/all the other projects.Thus, you have a company w/a book value of around $11.00. They both get what they want and we get what we want (a much higher share price) I'm getting excited here. We may be on to something. A little research goes a long way. Actually, if this is the way it goes down, there is no share dilution, because we are gaining $850,000,000 in assets.
