Dan - exactly right.

I almost never use margin funds. Just my cautious side I guess.
The only time is on an occasional intra day momemtum play and
then if I do decide to hold overnight I sell half my position before
close.

Is there a default setting on the order entry to set for cash only or does it always default to margin?, or once I set it to cash will it stay there or default back to margin as I switch between buying and selling stocks?.
