There are currently 1,997,918 in the public float as well as the primary outstanding shares with an additional unconverted preferred issue that the insiders have. Of that 1,997,918 that is on account with 1,600,000 held in street name which is being put into certificate form. That will leave 337,918 of which another 200,000 shares is supposed to be taken out of street name as well. That will leave 137,918 shares actually left in street name. This will hedge shareholders against a "Bear Market Raid" or market Makers short selling ECIC shares. In closing the news will be "Bullish" and the same trend as previously released!
