At Home of Europe being spun off this week ! Barrons -says it's hot UIHIA doing an spin off this thursday - of UPC Check out todays Barrons p.38 upcoming IPOs they only talk about two, UPC being one!--- great article about how hot the upcoming IPO will be, MSFT deal and how they apparently like the company, how UPC is broadband/phone/Internet Cable company for numerous countries, etc etc and just as important UIHIA's 63% stake in it post IPO. They recommend at the end to their readers to Buy this and Hold. UIHIA on NASDAQ - will be flying when this IPO starts trading - it will own over $60 per share value of UPC post IPO based only on the IPO price, no premium (where it is trading now). They have many more cable assets around the world and will also recieve 90 million in cash.

T is the only company you might be justified in holding in the debacle that is about to occur. Ok, I'll bite. Not even ATHM? (which was on the list). You speak regularly of an impending doom for reasons that are above the heads of those of us not versed in the subleties of global finance. Yet since you advocate buying and holding the right companies for the long term you clearly dont know for sure it will happen, how or when. For those of us who dont see what you see could you tell us what you see we should look to see in order to see if you might be right? Eric

Ok, AHHAHA, put out an answer - when will this "debacle" occur. Please prove you are not a broken clock. Anyone can spout words. If you know so much, state an objective date and description of this debacle, so we can measure your accuracy. Surely you can come up with that, if you know so much.
