James, I guess we all hate dilution of any kind. If they are going to increase the O/S shares I don't think that anyone deserves to benefit more that he patient shareholders. The "insiders" should only be rewarded if and when they conclude/settle the litigation. Some companies in anticipation of a settlement, would offer the investors a "reward" for hanging in there. It is a more equitable system. Anyway I was mainly wondering if the timing of the options had any signafince to those familiar with that kind of stuff. Winzer
