Good Evening Bob, As for off label use, there has always been some, but never as much as what I have seen more recently. I don't have any direct contact with the Board of Healing Arts(one of those government entities that watches the Physicians),but it at least seemed at one time that they had a more negative view of off label use. Maybe one of our Dr. friends here at the lake (like Dr. Root) or someone else can give us the real info. Anyway, off label use is very common now! As for Ontak, I believe this is our wild card. No one knows, and only time will tell if the efficacy of this drug in other areas might surprise the analyst, the market, and even the inhabitants here at the lake. And yes, this is pure speculation, but no one can deny the possibility with this product.
