I always keep a log of every trade I do. Time consumming but I like to check it against MBT's confirmation notices.

Real Tick also keeps a record of your trades (I'm not sure how far back).

Look in C:\Program Files\Townsend Analytics\Parm. You'll see some files with names beginning "TRDS..." and the extension "csv". Use Notepad to open them.
