<Well, I actually bought a K6-2/333 system. Do yo have one? Where did you get all these negative comments about AMD products? Any positive ones?>

Actually, I have no first-hand experience with the K6-2 or the Super 7 platform, and very little second-hand experience from any of my friends as well. My only experience with an AMD processor is the old 486-compatible AMD 5x86 running at 133 MHz, which kept my college system surviving all the way through grad school.

My own bias against AMD quality comes mainly from working at Intel. ;-) Just kidding.

So, what are your negative experiences with the K6-2 333 MHz?
