If you or someone you know has a website, you can publish it on that site and then provide a URL for it.

Can someone explain how I can attach to the bottom of my post a hypersnapped Metastock gif file?

Your choices: website or email. the url of the web page can be placed here in your post. The chart can be attached to e-mail or embedded within a HTML e-mail.

Web Sites: I bet your isp has one for you right now, just waiting to be used. Free sites can be found all over the net, some giving you 22meg free. everyone should have 3 or more sites addressing their interests.
