Great engineering talent in India... It makes sense for TAVA to form alliances in India...

as has been mentioned in the last couple CC's, it is my understanding that TAVA does not have a problem hiring employees.

in answer to question (gist of which is),

are you worried about employees leaving to start their own company and compete with you?

John Jenkins answered:

"the reverse side of that... our ability to hire, i mean we've doubled our staff in the last 12 months. our ability to hire, because of the selective use of options and that kind of thing, has just been tremondous. i've just been staggered at people having left other named organizations, some of those that were up there [up there being the slides in his presentation], wanting to come to work for us because of their ability to make an impact. so the answer is yes they could but that's not on top of my worry list."
