I see what you are saying..Its known as Investors relations and being shareholder friendly..where would the stock Bid at if these fundamental assets were in place and active?? Its not to much to wonder why not. Peace my friends Thoughts are with Malko

From.... First one small point...Zagoren and PNLK are extremely sensitive as not to appear to favor any particular investor so as not to potentially violate any SEC regulations. Thus GZ told me specifically that he would not respond to more than 1 email per week from any one person regarding shareholder or PNL information. Whether he or anyone else is adhering to his stated rule, I do not know. The only thing I know is that I never get any of my emails responded to, since (I surmise) it may already appear that I have some sort of favored status...where in reality all I have is a memory that is as good as any tape recorder....like the one GZ and Walker wouldn't let me use during our meeting. Anyway with that said...let me also point out that EXECUTING the business plan is paramount at this moment. Now what some investors seem to fail to realize is that when you are BUILDING a business you do not issue a press release to appease shareholders NOR do you reveal more about your company than you absolutely have to.... Why???? Simple...you do not want to let any potential competitors have any idea or clue what you are up to..especially in an internet sector where leadership status and designation is critical....When your product is finally to a point where you have a significant lead AND your product is at a significant development level...then and only then do you LET the entire world know what you are trying to achieve. Or as Glenn quoted the simple cliche...you only have one chance to make a first impression. Now as everyone, including GZ knows, Proxicom didn't deliver...Thus the promise of V3.0 is not just a new and improved version, but a version that PNL can and will put on the main stage... The IBE expositon is a testament to PNL's ambitions as is the still open invitation to appear on CNBC...thus when the moment (the version 3.0 "re-launch") is upon us, I anticipate many of people's outstanding questions will have already been answered ......and PNL's position as the leader in using the internet for import/export again will be reaffirmed as PNL's leadership has already been confirmed by its partnership with the creme de la creme of freight forwarders that are part of the NCBFAA (see ncbfaa.org ) Again just note if the "news" supports and reinforces the stated business objectives.....(for example, just thinki about what PNL's new location on the AT&T servercould lead to in light of AT&T's recent news regarding the use of broadband for telephony for communications in conjunction with enhance video stream also via broadband. Also remember that GZ is already using the conference capabilities of the internet and intranet to coordinate the 120 person team he leads for the the Statue of Liberty Millenium Event). ..... ........And then stop worrying about being coddled. z
