WOW
I thought for sure you'd be trading online.
It is a little scary.
I take Market trades are out - only Limit trades.
At least that's what I hear everyone saying.
Anything on MPTV?
Dave

Yellow Wayne...considering ALFN & TLTG for Monday

Looking at some others as well.

Until now 99% of my trades have been online through two discount brokers. Sometimes my trades are executed quickly, sometimes not. It's agony just looking at my Order Status and seeing 'Open' beside my trades - which may not be filled for quite a while - but that can also be a function of the exchange.

I'm now considering a full service broker and pay the few extra $$. I read a piece on theStreet.com that talked about the two types of brokers - in the long run the full service appears to be better. Even when I phone in an order to one of my two discounters - I get the *&%$##!! musak while I'm held in a queue - all the while looking at the RTQ's and market depth activity on my screen.

Q. With the penny momentum plays - is it better to follow the strategy of letting the post-open frenzy run its course, then jump in after the Ask has retraced somewhat later in the morning - though that doesn't always happen.

David

Ps. Comment - I would never chase pennies that have mammoth floats. I was in RPP for a short while - around 700 million in that float. Takes way too much inertia to push those babies higher. Much better to ride the volatility of penny stocks with small floats. IMO
