Joanna Tsang, I know how u feel right now. I was just pre-approved but Need 20g more to not have to worry about the morgage. So im jumping back in. Not the right thing to do but need the cash. Hopfully it works out for u.

Joanna, doesn't the mortgage company allow your pooling of interest accounting? Don't they recognize the value of your in-process R&D on the market? Why should any reduction in cash flow matter?
