Dear Dave: The most obvious reason for the deceleration in sequential growth, I would think, is because the numbers are getting larger. They did make a statement after the 3rd qtr that they were scaling back accepting y2k business (which caused the stock to plunge to current levels) however, they also indicated the scaling back was to pursue other continuing lines of business. Other than that, I have seen nothing made public, other than the analysts estimate) that there would be a serious slowdown. In fact, the last statement I am aware of by the CEO, I took as a HINT that analyst estimate was low. He said something to the effect, "well we always beat estimates" JDN
