I always heard/thought/felt that insider buying was very significant,a telltale sign of good things to come,whereas insider selling could be due to any number of reasons not reflecting on merits of company/stock.

Thanks Z for the response on 144 insiders file. As we all know, these insiders aren't really insiders. They are just happen to be the one that PNLK offers the shares directly with really bargain prices. For an investors, 1000% gain is a good investment. That's why we see some of those insiders file 144 and ready to execute the sell to lock in the profit. So far, none of them sell at the price of 2.00 - 2.50. Look deeply in to the issue and we'll realize that these insiders don't know more that we do. I agree with Todd and others that PNLK is intentionally keeping a low profile until they are ready. And when is that? We are counting on V.3 to bring up the answer. V.3 is just another version but it will be a major break through for PNLK. I believe Z, and others already express the important of V.3. Therefore I won't bother to bring it up again. When I see JPC file the 144, I'll be the first one to get out. Otherwise I'll be waiting here patiently. But JPC have until Aug. with his locked up shares. So, I'm not worry just one bit. About other issue about the slow or none response from the company. I think I'm going to leave it between PNLK and the party. I'm just another investors as any of us here. Good luck with getting your result. Happy Investing, Johnny
