Over the last 30 days there has been alot of money made and changing hands.

Average 1000 share from .017 to .084 is $67 dollars profit, per 100,000 share trade is $6700, per 500,000 share trade is $33,500

Someone is making alot of money here and all that hold will make alot more in the long run.
