stock bull,

I haven't made myself clear. My fear is that once (and if) DELL gets recognized as an internut it will start having the horrible price swings that those stocks have. The end price down one year will probably be no different but we will get there with a lot of volatility on the way. Not a joyous experience even if the end price is say twice or something like that.

As for the present price, my metric is relative pricing wrt CSCO. My second or third post on this thread (I believe immediately after the earnings release in Novemmber) compared DELL's PEG to CSCO's and found that DELL had a lower PEG. That is true even today. As long as that continues to be true, I won't be concerned about the present price. May be I will buy some delta-adjusted index puts, but not sell DELL (or buy DELL puts).
