Hey A&P: I know who the #9 is in your description. I have great admiration for this guy. Allow me to throw an angle here. The #9 guy sometimes becomes lonely in fighting the criminals. He/she may be steamrolled by these criminals even if he has $22m capital to fight. In order to fight the crimes we need to create a group of like minded people who are willing to learn the tricks of these criminals.
