Lewinsky testimony is aired in Senate boston.com

This article mentions Byrd too, Dr. Demento. But here's a contrasting excerpt I though you might enjoy.

The impeachment charges narrowly passed the House in December, largely along party lines. But the House managers have continually lost ground in the Senate, and several GOP senators said privately that as many as 15 Republicans may join all 45 Democrats in voting against the perjury charge.

The obstruction allegation is considered the stronger of the two counts, but even that charge may not receive 50 votes, far fewer than the 67 required to remove a president.

No predictions from me, the Republicans have always shown good party discipline. Even the anti-live-testimony vote could be seen as a smart move by them, allowing the House managers to artifully play the little incriminating bits while ignoring the larger exonerating context with Ms. Lewinsky. But, when you're totally devoted to "truth and justice" and "the rule of law", and Clinton is Capone, all's fair. Dietrich or your daughter, it depends on which bits are being viewed.

On the other hand, self preservation is our strongest instinct. Who can say what the vote will be?

Yes, DD, I saw that. Did he really think he was convincing anyone he was being noble here?
