The company's web site has a February 3rd news release under the Yetwene Update section. diamondworks.com

In part it reads-

CAPE TOWN - Reuters reported today that Angola's Director of Mines, Mankenda
Ambroise, said the diamond rich country planned to develop a new investor-friendly
mining policy that may include the privatisation of state enterprises.

"The exploration and mining agenda of the government of Angola requires a clear
mineral policy, a reduced role for state mining companies and attractive conditions for
private investors," Ambroise told a mining conference in Cape Town.

Reuters reported that Ambroise said the Angolan government will review several areas
in developing a new policy, including taxation, the legal framework for mining
investment and privatisation.

Ambroise said he had had favourable talks with companies interested in Angola's
mining potential and he downplayed the impact of the fighting on investor sentiment. "It
is part of the government action to clean out mining areas and reinforce security for all
mining ventures," Ambroise later told Reuters.
