NTT, I think that a more likely scenario is a secondary offering on NASDAQ, which I believe will have almost the same excitement of an IPO. The reason I believe this is twofold: it will be better for the stock price and it will put (assume 10 million shares at $12 US) about 180 million C$ in the company coffers. Maybe this will shut up Macleod. The money will fund dynamic expansion and maybe even an acquisition. It makes them much more attractive for a merger. Zwinger
