michellan - hope you're not engaged in wishful thinking - my feeling is that increases will be incremental - and maybe Barrick has almost won this end game already? See my last posting - I just don't see them always acting as the table for others to eat off - remember that, but for Barrick's bid, stock might be $2-$3 lower right now. I do agree with Shirley and others that there is really no risk holding here (actually there is always a risk- but Barrick do seem to want this badly) dd
