Why again are you using the max blast??

To format the harddrive. Partition Magic froze during a resize operation necessitating a power off. Generally not a good thing in the middle of a harddrive operation.

The resulting damage to the harddrive was not recoverable by Partition Magic. ie I could not delete the affected Partition nor alter it in any way. I was able reformat the drive with Maxblast.

Your NT-resident partition?

Has anybody successfully installed NT to a partition > 8.4 mb?
