So you think reel.com carries PAL/NTSC cassettes? Will check them out for sure. How is
their discount do you know?

I know Reel.com has PAL/NTSC. Their prices are competitive. They are not as low as Walmart but their selection is far greater.

Another issue, does reel.com ship overseas and if yes is that service dependable? I have
shipped several books overseas using Amazon and Barnes and Noble and my subjective
feeling was that Amazon's service re timelieness etc. was better.

I can't speak at all about overseas shipping. I never tried it. I can say Reel.com has a terrific record for shipping anything I have ordered. They made a press release when Amazon started selling videos, that Amazon would have to inventory a lot since there were not many drop ship suppliers in that business. This turned out to be true and I believe this also accounts for Amazon's additional need for wharehouses and cash. I tried buying vidoes from Borders.com and they would state the video would ship in 24 hours. Later they would say it was out of stock etc. Reel.com never had that problem. I gave up on Borders for videos for that reason.
