The difference between your experience and those of these traders is that some, if not all of the above mentioned brokers KNOW BEFORE THEY OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT that they can not accommodate the flow of trades. WHen you know in advance that you can not fulfill a contract, regardless of protective clauses, you are guilty of fraud. And, those affected are right to seek legal remedies.
