augs, i am also concerned about the 14M shares that may be sold by shareholders that proceeds do not go to company. I am assuming that these shares were NOT available before and not included in the float of the company. the report says that total shares after this is 27M. i read this as similar to a 2for 1 stock split. except we wont be getting additional shares Am i missing something?
