steal is from other people's webpage.

right click the image and save it onto your hard drive.. then upload that to your webserver (i use geocities)

then when you edit your homepage, type in the necessary text.

for the email with attachment at the bottom, the person sending it must be using netscape 4 or IE 4.

those latest version have the ablility to show the attachment within the email.
