I think the IShark material is pretty clear:

From the first link that you provided:

"Zulu Media

Zulu Media represents an excellent group of advertisers. You are able to rest assured that the content presented in the Zulu advertising banners is safe for the iShark family of sites."

iShark is using ZULU to place advertising banners on their site. Apparently, ZULU has made some representation to iShark that the advertising will be suitable for family viewing.

From the second URL:

"The Shark Internet Group, Inc has chosen Zulu, a leading interactive media firm based in Los Angeles, California that specializes in providing comprehensive advertising, marketing and e-commerce solutions as its marketing partner. Representing the advertising network formally owned by SOFTBANK Interactive Marketing, Zulu has sales professionals in offices across the U.S. and offers over 100 million impressions monthly through The Zulu Network. Zulu has delivered unparalleled service and results for many leading brands, including Yahoo!, Netscape, Kodak, Toyota, Southwest Airlines, Toshiba and Visa. To find out more about Zulu and for a more detailed client list, visit zulumedia.com;

Again, it is clear that iShark has "selected" ZULU to handle their advertising needs.
