Buffet's silver locked away?

--snip--

Silver
A great week for silver last week, and on Thursday the silver had its best close since July 23rd of last year. Profit taking set in Friday, which is to be expected. The market is correcting the overbought situation we discussed last week. We are still looking to pyramid on the first 20-cent correction from an interim top, and may have our chance early this week. Longer term we remain very bullish. Warehouse stocks are on a general downward course, which is bullish (more silver continues to be consumed at current prices than replaced by new production). After the close Friday, however, stocks were UP 1,250,000 ounces. After a 70 cent non-stop run up it is not surprising someone with physical silver would take advantage and deliver. Due to the strong demand currently, I am not worried about this and do not feel it is the start of a new trend. The total is currently 75,650,000, down over 120 million in the past few years. Buffettfs silver remains safely parked out of sight and he is a long-term player. Stay the course!
