Sheldon -- thank's for the info. Does seem pretty tough to find a stand-alone unit for home use that supports multiple users with multiple passwords, and runs on Windows 95 (through the mouse port, preferably), but I'll keep lookin... Me also thinks that everyone's general enthusiasm regarding biometric ID's is well-founded, and that perhaps we don't give IDX enough slack for how exruciatingly long it takes to roll out new technology like this. Granted, Fowler's made alot of promises that have yet to be delivered on, but these things take LOTS of time... RK
