Bob; Did EGRP even offer to pay back the commission on those trades? That's the least they could do. I wonder if they have opted to play hard ball because remitting money to any client may be considered as admission of guilt and used against them in the class action law suit.

I am amazed at how you were holding ~$800K worth of stocks with equity of only ~$14K.

Also, I was wondering if anybody would complain if such trades had gone to their advantage. What a leverage to control $800K with $14K and have the stock go your way. Wow!
