You don't exactly disable password protection, but you can
have a blank password.

If you can log on at all with administrative privileges,
then you can alter passwords for any user in the User Manager
in the Admin Tools submenu (Start | Programs).

Otherwise got that emergency repair disk? You can restore
to the settings in effect when you made it.
