investors can buy,sell or hold shares. It is their choice and their money.
However, IMO, it is not "good form" to disparage someone else's investment out of spite.

if one is no longer interested in the company, then sell and leave others alone!

sorry, but, I have no "power" or "responsibility" for what "others"
