Suretrade has BB's. Never really used them so can't comment on busy days, ability to short, etc...

DM, there is a report on deep discounters:

sonic.net

Almost all of these are expensive for BB Stocks and allow no online ordering of BB stocks. AB Watley seems to allow trading BB stocks online from that what's written and also Scottrade (for BB stocks > $1).

Daniel...

I would not recommend Waterhouse...Their trades are inexpensive up to 5000, but you can't put in a sell electronically with a limit if it is over 20% of yesterday's closing price..you can only sell at market..and lately their site is down right at the opening it seems every time you turn around...You have to get on the phone to do it, and ended up waiting sometimes half hour for things..And anything over 5000 shares they charge you $.01 per share for the whole order. Last time I tried to get them to put in 3 or 4 sells at 5000, they told me no, that it would seem like I was padding the sell side!!!
