Mr. Turtlman. Other than disagreeing with your interpretation of what is and is not a research report, is there anything illegal about that report?

Your presence on the thread would be better received in my opinion, if you didn't use words like scam, pump and dump, etc. when referring to DCH, the company. How you feel about things and engage others on this thread is not my concern. If there is something illegal about it, please plainly state what is illegal; cite the SEC Rule or other alphabet agency rule that is being violated, so that we all may benefit, or please refrain from alleging as much.

In case you are interested, this is apparently the official DCH position on the internet, as taken from their web site; enjoy.

dch-technology.com

We receive a number of questions about rumors and rumblings that are expressed at various places on the web about DCH. It is very important for our shareholders to understand the following, which was communicated very clearly at the Shareholder Meeting on January 22 by Mr. Haberman:

DCH Technology in NO WAY endorses, controls, contributes to, condones, condemns, supports, opposes or recommends anything that is posted about this company outside of this web site. We have no control over what is written about us in other places.

We have made a determination that our time and energy is best spent developing, building and selling product rather than responding to rumors, whether positive or negative. We suggest that anyone seeking information from the company consult this website and not rely on anything written anywhere
else.

I have to say, I agree, there may be other companies either developing or already producing various fuel cells..To me, that doesn't make as much difference as their "bottom line"..If they can "mass produce them", it will be far less expensive than to special order them.

As far as other companies, I do not see that to be a problem. It's called free enterprise and competition...You do not see one automobile manufacturer, or for that matter, go into any store and see how many cereals there are..Not to say that cereals can be compared to fuel cells, or sensors, it is just to point out that in no way did the company ever state that they will be cornering the market...This is fairly new technology, with room for many companies.

As far as financials, I don't know if this will help you or not. But when I was at the meeting, I was told that they are in the process of preparing them. They did not give a specific date...So, that might indeed be another factor that will add some validity and exposure to the company.

As far as their lack of $$$$, their charts pointed out that production/sales only started showing some major growth in November and Dec.,, and that there was a hold up in the months prior to that, and that the "glitches" had been ironed out, thus showing an enormous growth for those two months I stated, and that they already had a backlog as of Jan. of about $500,000, with more contracts being negotiated. And yes, it was clearly stated that the numbers were "unaudited"..

My one feeling about what has gone on regarding the company, is that they are a group of very dedicated engineers, and what was really lacking, if anything, was the inability to come across communicating a little better. And I do believe they are taking care of that also. Every company out there needs a way to catch the eye of the public, and there are ways to say things that will do a better job.

I don't know, if I have mentioned this, but I have also heard that there are possibly at least two small funds that have inquired about DCHT, and are keeping their eye on us and the developments. To me, that is very good news.

Take care.
