I agree that if you're a normal investor then you hold the warrants. However, the type of "investor" (and I use the term guardedly) who is involved in these bottomless convertibles has no interest in the company whatsoever. Their sole interest is to make as much as they can as quick as they can. They cash out as soon as possible and use the money for the next deal. I can't know for sure whether this was responsible for last week decline in PARS stock price. But, you have to admit that the decline occurring immediately after the warrants mature is more than a little bit suspicious.

In some ways I hope that they did cash out and have completely finished with PARS. I hope that this fine company never sees the likes of these "investors" again. I used the opportunity to increase my holdings in PARS. So, I might thank them for the "buying op" but somehow I don't feel inclined to thank these scoundrals for anything.
