This sounds horrible to me and something that the SEC ought to be looking at. I mean if someone can move a market like that then what he says and when he says it and to whom he says it and in exactly what order becomes as important as any other rules they have.

I have heard and read many times that TK is "straight" and never leaks his views to anyone.

All this is moot with respect to us "little folk", however, since a preopening announcement means the damage has already been done in the "early market" before we are allowed to trade.
