Thomas, my guess is a limit buy at whatever. If you miss then you really have to think. I use a major discount broker and they have always been quite fair at getting me the best price. Fortunately I have never suspected them of waiting to fill at a higher price. Most of the time I am quite happy to see the lower price. TLTG for example, I ordered at 1.17 and was filled at 1.14.

How can I tell when the TLTG reaches it's opening high and the sell-off begins without Level II quotes? It could go down a fraction and then continue back up.
