You've got to try the Palace Grill in Santa Barbara, if you haven't already. Terrific Cajun food, and when we were there, they got the whole place singing along with Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World" (after a few drinks, of course)...which is what it will be if these satellite systems pay back the investor as we hope! Sorry...don't know why I posted this irrelevant comment, except it's lousy weather here and the golf courses are closed, so I post dining guides instead.
