NAVR (and its shareholders) would be better served if they do a straight IPO, which has the advantage of raising money to finance the expansion of NetRadio's business. I have seen CITN hyped on a number of threads (particularly on Yahoo) and have done a limited amount of due diligence (as there is not much information available on the company). Smoke and mirrors.

We are all going to do well with NAVR, even without smoke and mirrors.
