There is no question that SME does not perform very well in recent years. But with a new management and finance back from Citibank, can SME be turned around? Any way, a quick double (or triple or more) only happens at the edge of Chapter 11. For your info, SME is selling at 75 cents a share and I own some SME shares and plan to add a lot more on sign of more positive developments. BL
