Consider also that traditional *Bricks & Mortar* corporate entities have a whole corporate history and tradition which must be dealt with in attempting to accomodate and take advantage of the tech explosion in general and the power of the 'net in particular.

Start-ups like PNLK can attack the power & potential of the 'net with a laser like focus.
